Thank you for shopping with NEXTGENPC.
All custom PC builds are made to order based on your specific budget and requirements. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed builds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your PC arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nextgenpc6489@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description. We will assess the issue and may offer repair, replacement of parts, or a refund if applicable.
Refund Eligibility:

Non-Refundable:

Labor fees (20–25% of build cost)

Custom orders once assembly has started
