Welcome to NEXTGENPC. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the Site
You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only and not for any fraudulent or harmful activity.

2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, custom PC builds begin processing. Orders cannot be canceled once the build process has started.

3. Custom Builds
Custom PC orders are built based on user-submitted preferences. Customers are responsible for verifying all submitted specs. Labor costs (20–25%) are non-refundable.

4. Shipping
We aim to ship orders within the estimated timeframe. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds
You can view our full Return and Refund Policy for more information. Refunds are not issued on labor or digital products.

6. Warranty
All systems come with a 30-day limited warranty against hardware defects. Misuse, damage, or user modification voids the warranty.

7. Liability
NEXTGENPC is not responsible for data loss, damage caused by third-party software, or improper use of our products.

8. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site implies acceptance of these changes.
